Marble and onyx are both types of natural stone, but they have some distinct differences:
Marble is a metamorphic rock that is formed from limestone. It is characterised by its distinctive veining and variations in colour, which can range from white to grey to pink to black.
Onyx is a type of chalcedony. It is a microcrystalline quartz that is formed from a mineral called silica. Onyx is known sometimes for its translucency and can be found in a variety of colours, including white, black, red, and multicoloured. Onyx varies in colour more than marble and is generally a softer stone than marble. 

Basic assembly is required. Recommended 2 x persons to lift once assembled or one strong able person.
