Niue Organic Honey | Peter Gordon Certified

Niue Organic Honey | Peter Gordon Certified

Raw Certified Organic Honey from Nuie to New ZealandĀ

Niue Organic Honey is uniquely deliciousĀ honey comes to you pure and unprocessed from the pristine PacificĀ island of Niue. Retaining all of the natural benefits and flavours as if you were sampling it directly from the hive. With a palate of malt and caramel, it's distinctive character impressed the judges at the world's largest and most prestigious honey awards!Ā

Peter Gordon, often described asĀ 'the godfather of fusion cuisine' heĀ has written eight cookbooks andĀ founded award-winning restaurants in the UK and NZ.Ā For 40 years, he's gathered ingredientsĀ and techniques from his extensive travels around the world. On a trip to Niue he discovered this unique honey and has since used it in a number of delicious dishes. But his interest goes deeper than it's flavour.Ā Peter has partnered with Niue Honey Company in our efforts to helpĀ safeguard theĀ special bees of Niue's Pacific Bee Sanctuary.

Measures: 350g

Raw honey can crystallise when the temperature drops (or if you accidentally put it in the fridge) it is still perfectly fine to eat, but if you prefer it to be runny and smooth simply warm it in your hot water cupboard or pop the bottle in some warm water (not too hot or it can lose some of its beneficial properties)Ā
